How do you change the colour from black and white to multi colour on ZTE a71 5G android phone?

My phone changed from multi colour to grey on it's own, not sure where to it back in settings on my android phone. Can someone please help me with change this?

Try Settings, Accessibility. There may be a Greyscale setting in there.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- you don't mean a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, do you? ZTE has a Blade A71, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't support 5G: https://www.gsmarena.com/zte_blade_a71-11240.php

Other possibilities to check are power-saving modes and the Bedtime Mode in Digital Wellbeing.
