Question [SOLVED] Overlay on top of screen Galaxy S10+ to moto g 5G (2024) file transfer

Hi.
File transfer from Galaxy S10+ to moto g 5G (2024) via cable
The transfer seemed to go okay, not sure if all the text messages were copied.
I noticed an overlay on the top of both the S10+ and moto 5G (2024) screens about 5/8 in. high covering the time and other items on the top row.
It wasn't there on the source phone before the transfer.
I looked everywhere on the phone, could not find out how to remove the overlay. Please help
