Is there a way to connect a camera's ethernet output while still being able to use cell service?

I am trying to watch live video from a camera that its only output is ethernet, while also still being able to have cell service. I am able to successfully see the feed on my S20, but while the usb-c ethernet adapter is plugged in I lose cell service. I understand why this is happening because my phone thinks I am just trying to connect to the internet using ethernet but in this case I am not. I am wondering if there is a way to get both, the video from the ethernet, and have connection to the internet (preferably with cell service from my provider) so I can do other things on my phone at the same time.

Using a usb-c ethernet adapter might work good for computer I'm not sure on a phone , maybe someone who tried this can chime in here . Can also try XDA Forums on this .
