Download your 3rd party launcher like Nova (my favorite) from play store and set as default

Welcome to Android Central! Some manufacturers annoyingly don't let the user change the launcher. Search your phone's system settings for "Home" -- is there an option to change the Home app?

I think that's only possible with the International models. I've never used an OPPO device but If I recall correctly ColorOS for the Chinese ROM doesn't allow setting a different launcher.
