Not able to add user after new update in Samsung S7+

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to add a new user, I agree to the agreement, and the system checks for any updates and after that, the system goes blank. I waited for 10 mins, but it didn't wake up, so I clicked the power button the process started again and then the system checked for any updates and after that, the system went blank.

Does anyone have the same problem? How do I fix this?
