Cannot connect to WiFi on Galaxy S4

I cannot connect to WiFi on my Galaxy S4. I can turn it on & off but it will not connect. I tried clicking "forget" & reentering my password, restarting my phone & removing my battery. It shows a strong signal also. Please help!
