After latest update of Note2 (ND7), my mail no longer loads

I did the latest update (ND7) on my SCH-1605 (Verizon) phone yesterday. Now I cannot get my mail to download on the phone. Any clue what happened?

First, try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note II | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, consider removing those email accounts, then adding them back again.
