Galaxy S4 is STUCK at recovery booting message when starting up

[AC Question]

Whenever I turn on my S4 mini, it gives me a message at the top left. In blue, it says: "Recovery Booting...." and below it in yellow it says "Set warranty bit : recovery"

It's been stuck like this for an hour. Someone help please.

You can longpress the battery or remove it for a few minutes and try again.
