number pad not working

[AC Question]

when I log into my vm, and wanna delete a call or save one...it fails to recognize any number I am pushing..The same thing happens when I call a place of business and need to select numbers from there menu to get where I need to go...help!!

Welcome to Android Central! What phone do you have? Are you saying that the keypresses don't register? Or do you hear the tones as you press, but nothing goes through? Try opening your Dialer app, tap the Menu button, then select Settings, and see if there is an option anywhere to adjust the DTMF tones. Make sure they're active.
