Problem sending text with svoice

I have the Galaxy Note 3 and every time I try to send a text using svoice, it says "message is cancelled," when I say "send." It seems no matter what I say when svoice prompts me to send the message, it cancels the message.

I would try clearing the cache for SVoice. See if that helps.
