T tarekahf Member Nov 7, 2010 14 0 0 Jul 8, 2014 #5 I think there is a problem after recent update. The Auto Backup is no longer working if the settings indicates that only Backup can be done over WiFi. When I select auto backup can be done over mobile or WiFi Network, it will work over WiFi and also of course over Mobile Network. How I can report this problem to Google Support? I reported this here also: https://plus.google.com/117327829857538962752/posts/3uhVo6ZX445 Tarek Last edited: Jul 8, 2014 Upvote 0 Downvote

Just to note my access point was *not* marked as a mobile hotspot in Data Manager (and toggling that setting had no effect.) As soon as I switched over to "Wifi or mobile" backup started working, with only a Wifi connection present. Upvote 0 Downvote
