So I've set up an email account for work on my Samsung S3 Mini, but when I want to change my signature from "Sent from Samsung Mobile" to my company's much wordier signature (includes office address, email address, contact numbers etc), I get the pop up "Operation Not Allowed: maximum message size exceeded". How else can I set up an email signature that can be sent along with every email? Also, the signature has its own specific font and format that needs to be standardized. I can't just type it out with the standard Samsung font for emails. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!

Not sure about this specific problem, but if you are working with a Microsoft Exchange Server account you might want to give the free trial of Nine ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...inefolders.hd3 ) a whirl.

It is a great Exchange (ActiveSync) client and the signature field is full HTML, multi-font compliant.
