i have xperia z2 and its screen went complete blackout while i connected it to my macbook!! what should i do??

Welcome to Android Central! What happened when you disconnected the phone? Is the phone completely off, or can you tell if it's still on with a blank screen? Try pressing and holding the Power button for about 10-15 seconds to see if that will power it down completely. Then try to turn it on again.
