Galaxy tab 3 10.1 screen resolution sudden problem

my tab3 10.1 - screen colors became dad, and resolution became bad with lines cross the screen

There's no harm in trying soft reset, system cache partition wipe, and even hard reset if you've backed up, but it sounds to me like imminent screen failure.
