AC Question
Hi guys...
I have had my s5 for about 2-1/2 months, and have reported this to sprint tech support. Problem is when they try to call I'm usually not able to take their call because of work.
A few weeks ago, maybe a month after I got it. I noticed that more and more texts were failing to send. As far as I know I'm getting most texts sent to me, but routinely not able to send. I get a code 34 when a text fails. It seems very obvious to me why this is happening, as I am noticing that I have almost never have connectivity to the sprint network, i.e. no bars. Wifi is fine, but texts go through the sprint network. My wife has an iphone, and here at home she always has a very stable connection to the sprint network (4-5 "dots"). In fact, I started up my old phone, an s3, and its sitting here with full bars of connectivity.
One sprint tech even thought it was the phone itself, so I actually took it back and exchanged it for another. The problem persists... don;t know what else to do at this point. Anyone have any ideas??
Thanks, Mitchell
