my number show restricted to everyone I call

Have contacted rep at u.s. cell store 3x to try and get restricted call from appearing when I call people. Supposedly fixed on their end, but still not identifying me to people I call. Help please. <email removed>

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have Caller ID Blocking permanently added to your account? The support page mentions that you can dial *82 in front of the 10 digit phone number to release caller ID blocking for that call. Go to call settings on your phone. Navigate to 'supplementary services' . Choose 'show my caller ID' option and select either 'network default' or 'show number'. That should solve the problem. Good luck
