Not responding

[AC Question]

after i updated my phone,it stated to slow down and when i try to open the gallery,it takes 10 to 5 sec. to open and sometimes when i open it it says "the system process is not working". i also encounter it to any app on my phone. also when i use mobile internet or wifi. my ohone hangs and won't work then suddenly it shut downs by itself. and the touch screen function wont work too. is there any solution for this problem? because my phone is useless if this problem still exists. i wish there's a new OS for samsung. like the iphone,they had new OS. please fix this,PLEASE.... ;"(

It would help to know which Samsung phone. Try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
