Just dropped my galaxy tab 10.1 and now the screen looks like a negative picture!!!!

it dropped and now the color is "negative looking" i looked to see if it had the negative tun off option,it doesn't. i turned it off and back on again and nothing. where the screen should be black,its dark brown and there is a pink color that shows up in the white parts of the picture. it just looks like a negative!! will it return to normal on its own or do i need to get it fixed? any info would help. thank you

It may need some repairs. I'd take it to a trusted repair shop.

I agree with Almeuit. Since you dropped it, you're going to have to get it replaced. Can't fix a hardware issue with any factory resets or reboots.
