samsung galaxy s2 connected to wifi yet no internet access!

[AC Question]

recently my wifi tp-link modem/router stopped giving internet access to ALL my samsung devices at home (galaxy s2, s3 and tablet 10.1)

i have cleared cache from the start up boot thing
i have also confirmed that connecting with other wifi hotspots works fine just my home one does not work
i have also factory reset my modem
my laptops at home connect fine and can use the internet like normal

i have also checked and all my devices are on my router configurations
i have checked by going onto the website thing 192.168.....
and then i seen my s2 s3 and tablet on the list which has no restrictions blah blah..

please help me i am chomping through 3g and may effect my plan :O
