HELP!! call logs and gallery images non accesible

An icon has appeared on tge notification bar like a fence with four vertical lines and one horizontal one passing through all. After this icon has appeared in my notification on the top beside wifi signal the call logs, missed calls and gallery icons hav stopped showing up. And battery is getting drastically drained. Plz help. What can b done?
