My memory on my galaxy s4 is full and I can't put anything on my phone. How do I clear memory

Um go to Settings > Application Manager and delete the apps you don't want. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > SD Card and Phone Storage (Storage options) to see the amount of space occupied by various things on your device. If you want to delete media content, just use the file browser to go to the location you have your media content, tap the settings button and select delete to simply check the files you wish to delete

Welcome to Android Central! It would be helpful to see your Settings>Storage screen, to see the breakdown of the Internal Storage contents. As AndroidProf mentioned, much of it will be from apps or media. Also consider your text messages, since you'd be surprised how much space they take up if you never delete them. Especially if they have a lot of photos or videos attached.
