I have huawei y220 .... when I install some thng from playstore the msg snd me the that storge disk is low bt I have free 4gb space

Welcome to Android Central! From the specs, I see that the Y220 actually only has 512 MB of usable internal storage ROM, which is where apps are installed. The 4 GB that you mention are presumably from an external microSD card, which is not helpful when it comes to downloading and installing apps.
