help, mesages not working after system update

[AC Question]

I am not technical...

HTC installed an update, now if I try and open messages I get "messages has stopped unexpectly...."


HELP

Try Settings, General, Apps, swipe to All, scroll to Messaging, select Clear Cache. Return to home screen, Power Off the Phone, and Restart. If that doesn't fix it, do all of the above again, but include Force Stop after clearing cache.
