AC Question

Hi there, I have a pansonic p31
some days ago it just happened, usually when the wifi is on my wifi bar is blue but now its grey, i cant connect to my play store, but i can surf my browser
i checked online and tried everything but didnt help!!!
After i factory reseted my phone i could not connect to my gooogle account too!!!
It came 'Cant establish a reliable connection to the server
this could be a temporary problem or ur android may not be provisioned for data if it continues call customer care'
Please Help!!!!

Before we go any further, are you saying that 1) your wifi is not working? and 2) your mobile data is working , but you cannot access your Google account?

No my wifi works and does my mobile data. i can surf through my browser but i cant connect through google as i said above the 'error' :'(
As i cant connect through google i cant use my play store, gmail, google+ and mostly all google apps

Hopefully it will be a temporary server error but let us know if the problem persists.

Try going to Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Google Account Manager (I don't know whether this would be the right app but it seems a likely candidate) and do some cache clearing and perhaps the other options in there.

There is no such thing there. And i think its not only my play store but my wifi reciever cuz my wifi bar is coming grey and i just cant use google, other any internet program i can use

I'm stumped. If after the factory reset you tried to set up your Google account on the phone again by signing in to it, but could not even access the Google account page for the reasons implied by the error message, I don't see what you can do. If the phone is at fault, I can't think what it is. I suppose you could try wiping the Cache Partition but I can't see that it would be very likely to do anything....still, worth a try. If no go, you might want to call customer care as mentioned in the message.

"just bought" means "bring it back". You paid for a warranty (it's included in the price) so use it. Even a dealer won't try to repair a new device.

1) We're not Panasonic Customer Service, we're just users like yourself.

2) Make sure your router is working properly (that another device can get an IP address from it).
