[AC Question]

ATT download security update, blah, blah. Still showing download icon & another that I am not familiar with. Phone functions disabled and can't power off. Been 40 min. phone auto restarted about 30 min ago. Help?

I am confused... So your phone downloaded a new update that addressed security and afterwards is still showing an icon? What phone are you using? Also would you be able to post a screenshot of the icon?
