Samsung Galaxy SII bootloop

[AC Question]

Samsung Galaxy SII in bootloop after trying to upgrade to Jelly Bean. I can't get into Recovery but can get into Download mode. Other wise stops on AT&T Rethink screen. Please help. I used Samsung Kies program to download the new firmware.
