Charging Problem

[AC Question]

I am using a htc one v
My phone is not charging and instead it is blinking red and green lights alternately.
Phone is almost out of battery (0-1%) yet whenever i turn it on it quickly turns off!
Help!

It could be charger, USB lead, battery, or USB port on the phone. Check them all and make sure that the USB port is clean...if it is, it may still be faulty.

What do the flashing LEDs indicate on that phone?
