I am always missing appointments, so rely on my phone to keep me informed.
Only recently got a smartphone so I am on a learning curve.
But I cannot find an easy to use system where I can post my appointments and get an alarm.
Either they are very difficult to find the date, and now has stopped working all together like Alarm Calendar. Or they are easy to set the time and date but only do the briefest of pings as Jorte Calendar. That is not enough for me, I need a good solid reminder that I have to switch off or more preferably goes on repeating intermittently until switched off, so it does not drain the battery, and which also puts a reminder on my home screen so when I turn on the phone there it is.
Seems amazing I cannot get my smart phone do some something as simple as this. Getting very frustrated missing appointment so might have to carry my old Razr phone about just for the reminders.
A reminder strip right across the homescreen for that day would be nice too. I have a daily alarm which is working well but if that could come up with the orders for the day as well it would be great.
I have tried 5 apps already and none are suitable. Please help.
