Google play account setup

Hi my wife and I have a galaxy s3 phone each as well as a tab 3 8inch, can I set up a google play acc so we can use it on all 3 devices as well as my pc, and my wifes laptop.

You can use the same email and password to log into the Play Store on each device. This would allow you to use the account on all devices.

However, sometimes the Apps back up and are automatically restored on each phone with that account. This might be an option you can turn off.
