photo editing without uppload

I've never been a fan of uploading my personal photos for enhancement to some server. Are there any photo editing apps that do the editing on the device without the need to upload, thus eliminating the need for Internet connection when editing? A penny for your thoughts on this.

I use Snapseed almost exclusively for editing on my Galaxy S4. No active connection needed. The only time you need to access the internet for it is to download it onto your phone, other then that you can turn on airplane mode and still use it no problem. The only time my photos get backed up is over wifi - when Google backs up my gallery, but the only thing that has to do with Snapseed is the edited pictures get uploaded too, along with anything else
