I have a galaxy s4 with the s health app.
recently I dropped my phone in water and had to get a replacement S4.
When I activated the shealth it showed my total from my previous phone
now the s health app records my steps and distance it does not add to the total steps taken.
I contacted Samsung in Ireland and they could not help me
