How do I reload Google play store? Related to play store errors.

I started getting google play and google services framework errors a week ago. I cleared caches for both, re-synced numerous times, rebooted phone a million times. The play store app is just gone. I have an HTC rhyme, Android 2.3.4

Welcome to Android Central! Are you rooted or unrooted? You shouldn't be able to delete the Google Play Store if you're unrooted. It's no longer in the App Drawer? Could it have reverted to the old "Android Market"?
