how can i reset my pin without losing my pictures?
I upgraded to the S5 and the Verizon guy kept needing on my phone, so I reset the password so he could transfer my stuff and 1) My photos did not upload to the 'cloud' 2) I do not remember the password and 3) my sims card has many photos, but missing the last 2 years.
I took it into Verizon today, and have 2 more chances before I get locked out and it resets to default. I just want my pics off my old phone! Lesson learning in uploaded them to my PC. The Verizon guy said he couldn't do anything about it.
