Re: I want unauthorized apps

Welcome to Android Central! Banned from where, from Google Play? Your best bet is to look in other app stores, like Amazon Appstore, SlideMe, or GetJar. Sorry, but we don't discuss looking for cracked apk files here.

Re: I want unauthorized apps

Be very careful about side loading banned apps. With that said, google play store is your best bet. I have side loaded apps cause play store will drop apps that allow you to things that don't go along with their line of thinking. I.E. you won't find apps to root but you'll find plenty of apps that are for root. Torrent apps abound but GTunes is banned. Strange distinction. Some play stores show up as malware so be careful
Now if I could get an app to root my phone then I could download app opps from play store and then control permissions thus controlling the app.
Figure out what you want and Google it. Then side load it.
Phil: side loading apps and google banning apps is often discussed within the fourm. If it's not illegal then you should allow the discussion.
I did learn to root my phone and to side load some apps from A/C.

Re: I want unauthorized apps

No one is saying you can't discuss sideloading or installing apps that were removed from Google Play. What I was saying is that we don't encourage sideloading cracked apk files, because those are often for paid apps, and therefore pirated.

Just because something is not illegal doesn't mean that we can't have guidelines about it. Trolling isn't illegal, but we strongly discourage it here, because it makes the forum experience so unpleasant, right?:)
