Question How to turn off "disable unused apps" setting for all apps at once

I have a Galaxy A15 5G phone (Android 14). Today I got a notification stating that permissions and notifications for apps that haven't been used in three months had been turned off and and I think it also said that temporary files were deleted. I know that I can go to individual apps and turn permissions and notifications back on, but how can I turn off this disable setting for all my apps at once, so that this won't happen again. I want to decide which apps have what notifications, and I don't want my phone deleting any temporary files or any other kind of files.

That was probably Device care telling you that , can go into it and disable from putting apps to sleep
