    Somebody help me! I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 Value edition on 2nd July, and on first or second day it started to shut down randomly! It's not a bad battery, I had it checked and I've even replaced my battery. I also have latest firmware.

    I have no idea why this is happening, as it usually never happens while I'm using the phone, only when I put it aside, and when I check it again after some minutes it has shuted down, and I Can't turn it back in without removing battery and putting it back in again. Happened today twice after I got my phone back form warranty check, I haven't even installed any new apps yet, I don't have memory card insterted too.

    That calls for a warranty replacement. Back up everything, then call tech support and ask them to replace the phone. (If it has a SIM card, remove it and keep it to put into the new phone.)
