AC Question

Hi.

Phone was slow and full so backed up messages and games using Helium, completed a factory reset, fine for a few days then suddenly only boots to bootloader?
'Reboot' from bootloader boots to bootloader.
Phone is not rooted, never has been, no ROMs flashed etc.
*** LOCKED *** at top of bootloader screen.

Just want the regular, out of the box HTC ROM back.

Any help much appreciated.

Hello. Welcome to Android Central. See if a factory reset from bootloader will do anything. Let us know if you have anymore questions.

No, nothing. Screen flashes, androids dance a bit, but still boot to bootloader.
Interesting. Let me see if there is an RUU for your device. Could you provide a picture of your bootloader screen. Make sure not to include the imei and other information. Just the info at the top.

Hi guys, sorry for the necro but I've got the exact same issue on the same model phone.

I see the exact same screen as well ... has anyone figured a way around this without forking out money to the service centre?
