Why will my HTC desire 625 not load up in safe mode or bootloader

Hi There,

This is my very first time on a forum.
I have a issue with my HTC Desire 625 phone. Kernel version 3.10.49-perf-g8abd3a2
And@AABM #2
SMP PREEMPT

The phone is ONLY displaying the following when I select anything but reboot:

A white background screen.
Which will then take a few seconds and a picture of a triangle appears with the exclamation mark in the center?

This is what I see before selecting my option ::

***LOCKED***
***S-ON***

<VOL UP> to previous item
VOL DOWN> to next item

<POWER> to select item

REBOOT
REBOOT TO BOOTLOADER
BOOT TO DOWNLOAD MODE
BOOT TO RECOVERY MODE
POWER DOWN

I can move to another page (screen) which then it takes me to the white screen.
Will not load in safemode: :
Phone will ONLY reboot.

Would anyone know why this happens or what causes it?
