SONI xperia SP not detected by ADB driver in Windows 8

Want to develop Android wearable app with Android studio.
Hi, I am trying to connect SONI xperia SP(Anroid 4.3) with Windows 8 in USB debugging mode. ADB is not detecting my phone but it detects wearable emulator.. Can anyone helpp me to sort out the issue ?

I am pretty weak with ADB use, but are your drivers up to date?
