How do I restore from backup to Galaxy S5?

Had to get a new phone due to my old S5 getting stolen. How do I restore from a prior backup?

If you mean whatever was backed up to your Google account, simply signing in to that account on the new phone will download the backed up data into it. Or do you mean something else?
