well when im using it , it dosent reboot but when im not using it it reboots

That could be one of a few different things - battery, motherboard, firmware ... It's under warranty. Bring it to Verizon and let them worry about it. (Make sure you back up everything. They may just give you a working phone instead of making you wait hours while they fix yours.)
