In Spotify why am I getting interrupted by see call audio asking who I want to call?

spotify is getting interrupted by "see call" audio asking who i want to call

when using spotify I get random interruptions asking me to "see call." there are no calls incoming. It seems to want me to state a contact name to place outgoing call which I haven't requested
