How do I get my Hudl out of speech mode?

my hudl has gone in to seech mode

I have lost the finger touch swipe mode on my hudl and seem to be in the hard of hearing and sight mode and cannot get back to the ordinary mode. I can't move the screen up or down or sideways to assess my icons
