What if I sideload Nexus 9's Lollipop Image File On My NVIDIA Play Tegra Note?

I exactly have two questions -
1.What if I sideload Nexus 9's Lollipop image file on NVIDIA Play Tegra Note?If the image is not suitable for my tab,what is the best suitable image for it?
2.How to sideload?Please explain in details.

I wouldn't do this. Flashing a ROM for a different device has a very high probability of leading to a brick.

Sideloading is flashing an image through ADB and a PC.

Just as golfdriver has said do *NOT* do this, it will lead to your device not working...*PERMANENTLY.*
