Sync App Data always says Sync disabled

Whenever I try pressing Sync App Data, it loads but after loading it still says Sync disabled... When I pressed Sync all, they loaded, but App Data and some of the other Sync on Google, except for Google+ and Google+ Photos said Sync disabled... Google+ and Google+ Photos successfully synced but not the others... Anyone else experience this?

You've made sure that syncing is enabled in the settings of the relevant apps?
