why did my galaxy note 4 just shut off and now wont turn on

I had downloaded some games from the play store and was waiting for one of them to load and then the entire phone shut off and I have plugged it in because I knew the battery was low but it isnt doing anything even plugged in now

Welcome to Android Central! Try pulling the battery for 10 seconds, then replacing it, and then pressing and holding the Power button for about 20 seconds--does anything happen? If not, let it sit plugged into a wall outlet overnight, undisturbed. Try powering on again tomorrow using the same process.
