Verizon LG G2 the C on the keyboard no longer will work... any ideas?

LG G2, running 4.4.2 just received the update 2 weeks ago. I no longer have the ability to type a c on the keyboard. It gives me a v or an x that sit next to the c. I have rebooted the phone to fix the problem, but keeps occurring. I tried calibrating the sensor. I changed the touch feeback time to medium under Accessibility feature. I know there are touchscreen issues after reading the forum. Any more ideas???
