AC Question

When I go into my browser app, then hit the little icon on the right that looks like a little ribbon with a star in it 3 options appear; Bookmarks, History, Saved Pages. The files I save into my saved pages I can not find when I try to transfer them onto my computer.

Saved Pages came out a few years ago. Samsung ditched it then brought it back.
It's designed to allow you to keep the entire page that downloaded as a scrollable inage that you can read later even if you have no signal or are on limited data. It won't save anywhere else, but I think the Samsung account Internet sync option will restore them if needed.

You would need to hold and share or copy the website url in the url box to save that link elsewhere.
If you have a Note series you can clip the page in other ways.

On Edit : reading again you may have tried to copy text files from a browser. They would be saved on the temporary clipboard.
The easiest way to see what's on the clipboard on a Samsung is to hold the url box on the Internet browser and find clipboard to the right. It will show you a thumbnail of all temporary clips. Touch one and you can paste it into a note app or anywhere.
