How do I delete a contact on my Android 5.0.2?

How to delete contact in Android 5.0.2

I have updated Moto g Android 4.4.4 to Android 5.0.2. now i am not able to delete contact.

Go to the Contacts app, find the one you want to delete and tap on the icon, tap on the pencil top right, open the overflow menu (three dots) and select delete.
