Question Need a Motorola phone expert who knows how fix a Short Code problem.

I have a Motorola MOTO G 2025
Running Android 16
T-Mobile

In the past I was able to receive Short Codes from USPS, but they stopped.
T-Mobile can see the Short Codes being sent to the phone, but they are not being displayed.
I can receive Short Codes from other companies.

PLEASE help me....

Yes. They said they can see the messages but they are not being displayed on the phone.
I did an AI Search for suggestions. I did everything it suggested, including installing a new SIM Card. NO improvement.

Can try a couple things
Google messages check in the spam folder sometimes can go silently there.

Try clearing message app data (Back up your messages)then force stop it or another message app like Textra to see if the same issue.

Took a while to figure out how to put the model into Safe Mode, but I did.
In response to your question: NO
I requested the Short Code from USPS and I also sent a request from my phone for HELP to their Short Code.
Nothing happened.

I followed the instructions, turned OFF WiFi, and restarted the phone.
NO change.

I requested an update from USPS and I also sent a HELP text message to USPS. NEITHER was receieved.

Are you beginning to see my frustration ? LOL

There are NO numbers being Blocked.

I tried using Textra and the phone WILL NOT allow Textra to be used. I tried changing default to Textra and it will not change.
Just another piece of information to add to the list.

I figured out the Textra Default problem.
Textra is NOW the default app.
When I send HELP, NOTHING is returned.

There might be an issue with USPS, because now when I text "HELP" to 28777, I get a return message from 128777 that says "Sorry, this service is not available."

This may not be very helpful, but maybe try contacting USPS Customer Service: 800-275-8777
